LOS ANGELES (Thursday, July 12, 2023) – The North American Soccer Business and Media Awards (SBMAs), the only industry-specific awards program dedicated to celebrating excellence in North American Soccer, has unveiled today the submission entry dates and key milestones for the 2023 edition. With a commitment to recognizing outstanding achievements and contributions within the North American soccer industry, the SBMAs present an unparalleled opportunity for individuals and organizations to showcase their excellence and be honored among the industry's best.

The SBMAs submission process is open to all eligible participants, including teams, organizations and individuals across the North American soccer landscape. 

In conjunction with revealing the important dates and deadlines of the 2023 edition, the North American Soccer Business and Media Awards announced today the addition of Raquel Braun as a Founding Partner. With an extensive background in sports business and media, Braun will play a vital role in further elevating and growing the SBMA platform to celebrate excellence in the soccer industry.

• August 1 – Submissions Open: Entries open to all applicants to submit their distinguished accomplishments, innovative projects and groundbreaking initiatives that have contributed to the advancement and success of North American Soccer.

• September 15 – Early Deadline: Those who seize the opportunity and submit their entries by this date will benefit from exclusive early entry offers, ensuring they showcase their achievements while taking advantage of special rates.

• November 15 – Final Entry Deadline: The SBMAs will accept submissions until this final deadline, providing ample time for participants to craft compelling entries and demonstrate their commitment to excellence in North American Soccer.

• December – Nominations Announced: The SBMAs will announce the nominees who have showcased their exceptional contributions across various categories.

• Final Week of January – Winners Announced: The SBMAs celebrate excellence in soccer as we reveal the esteemed winners who have demonstrated outstanding excellence, innovation and dedication to the advancement of North American Soccer.
