Terms and Conditions for the North American Soccer Business and Media Awards (SBMAs)
By submitting any and all materials including, but not limited to, information, images, videos, content, and any other supporting materials (collectively, the "Submissions"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Ownership and Use of Submissions: You hereby grant the North American Soccer Business and Media Awards, an operation of Summit Sports Ventures Inc. , a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, transmit, and display the Submissions for any and all purposes related to the SBMAs, including but not limited to, promoting, advertising, and marketing the SBMAs and its winners. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant such license and that the Submissions do not infringe upon any third party rights.
Eligibility and Entry Requirements: The SBMAs are open to all individuals and organizations in the soccer industry in North America. Submissions must be made in accordance with the rules and regulations of the SBMAs and must be completed in full with all required information. Submissions that are incomplete or do not meet the eligibility requirements may be disqualified at the discretion of the SBMAs.
Judging Process and Decisions: All Submissions will be reviewed by the SBMAs judging panel, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the SBMAs. The judging criteria will be based on the merits of the Submissions, as determined by the SBMAs judging panel, and may include but not be limited to, creativity, innovation, impact, and effectiveness.
Notification and Award: All winners will be notified by the SBMAs in accordance with the notification schedule set forth in the rules and regulations of the SBMAs. All decisions made by the SBMAs judging panel are final and binding in all matters related to the SBMAs. Awards and prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Limitation of Liability and Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the North American Soccer Business and Media Awards, an operation of Summit Sports Ventures Inc., and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your Submissions or your breach of these terms and conditions. In no event shall the SBMAs be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the SBMAs or your Submissions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or the SBMAs shall be resolved in accordance with The North American Soccer Business and Media Awards Terms of Use located at [link], and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Modification and Termination: The SBMAs reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the SBMAs or these terms and conditions at any time without notice. The SBMAs also reserve the right to disqualify any Submissions that violate these terms and conditions or are found to be fraudulent or otherwise in violation of the rules and regulations of the SBMAs.
By submitting your Submissions to the SBMAs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
